    Our concentrates are obtained by pressing the fruits and evaporating the water before they undergo pasteurisation. They are then packaged in different formats - bag-in-box plastic cartons… - as semi-finished products.
    It will then be necessary to add a volume of water equal to that which was removed, with or without specialised equipment in order to have a ready to drink juice.
    Fruit concentrates are great value for money and have an impressive storage advantages.
     
    Tahi Bag-in-box
    Bags-in-boxes of concentrated fruit juice to produce at least 40 litres of juice and drinks.
